Nabsolute developed HyaSphereX, a delivery system cosmetic brands formulate with: hyaluronic acid grafted with a polymer that, in water, gathers into soft spheres of 200 to 700 nanometers. A brand dissolves its active in that solution and adds it to a serum, gel or emulsion at 2 to 5 percent; the spheres carry the active into the skin. On porcine skin, about 11.5 times more of a vitamin C derivative reached the skin with HyaSphereX than without it. Brands and contract manufacturers bought it through distributors in Thailand and Singapore.
