What it did
hireQ developed artificial intelligence for Thai companies and institutions. Its predictive-maintenance software builds a performance profile of each machine from that machine's own sensor history, compares live readings with the predicted normal and reads the signals together, so a hot pipe is not an alarm when current and output rose with it. It built facial and license-plate recognition for KBank and PTT, a test that ranks job candidates on the traits that predict performance, and a career test used by more than 120,000 high-school students by 2018.
What I did there
I founded it in 2017 and ran it until the acquisition in 2022. Alongside it I sat on the planning and technical committees of TCAS, the Thai University Central Admission System, which 250,000 students use each year.
